Yearly 7-9 month program of monthly sessions.

 

Stage one: pairing the mentors and the mentees based on the criteria designed to suit the organization’s size and the process of teaming up mentors with mentees.

 

Stage two: one-on-one meetings

Training the mentors and the mentees (separately) – two days

Joint opening session – one day

4-6 group sessions with the mentors and the mentees separately – one day

1 joint team-building event with the two groups - 2.5 days

1 end of course event with the two groups – one day​

 

 

 

The mentorship program is a unique flexible platform for grooming both mentors and mentees through a structured and empowering process that reflects their shared responsibility for developing mentees.

 

By creating reciprocal, trustworthy relationships, the mentoring process is designed to empower and encourage growth while enabling both mentors and mentees to find new meaning in their roles and responsibilities. The mentor also creates a safe and supportive space that allows to set and achieve developmental goals in different areas of life.
