CEO & executive mentoring

You already know how to lead. That is not why you are here.

The difficult part is making a decision when every reasonable option comes with a price, and almost everyone around you has a stake in the answer.

You may have good people around you and still have no one with whom you can think completely openly. Executive mentoring gives you that place.

When the decision is yours

Bring the situation as it is.

You may be entering a larger role, facing a relationship that has become difficult, or realizing that your team depends on you too much. Perhaps you know what needs to happen but have not acted. Perhaps the real issue is still unclear.

We will look at the business, the people involved and what the situation requires from you. I will listen carefully, challenge your assumptions and ask what others may find difficult to ask.

The aim is not another interesting conversation. It is a decision you can stand behind and a next step you are prepared to take.

Business experience, not leadership theory

Leadership decisions do not happen in isolation.

I came to executive mentoring through more than 25 years in international business, including 15 years at IBM and work with over 100 executives across global corporations, technology companies and startups.

I understand that every decision sits inside commercial pressure, organizational history, competing priorities and relationships that still need to work tomorrow. There is no fixed program. We work with the reality you are responsible for now.

Start with one sentence

You do not need to explain everything.

Send me one sentence about the decision, relationship or leadership challenge you are carrying. We will start there.
